Astro Vinmani Matrimony is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all users. We strictly enforce policies prohibiting child sexual abuse and exploitation in compliance with international laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Strict Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

OMVEL Matrimony strictly prohibits any depiction, sharing, distribution, promotion, or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any user engaging in such prohibited activities will be subject to immediate and permanent account termination, IP ban, and reporting to law enforcement authorities, including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).

2. Age Restriction (18+ Adult Platform)

OMVEL Matrimony is exclusively designed and operated as an adult matchmaking platform. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, browsing profiles, or utilizing any services provided by OMVEL Matrimony.

3. In-App Mechanism for Feedback & Safety Reporting

Our mobile application provides a dedicated, direct In-App Feedback & Safety Reporting Mechanism. Users can submit reports directly without leaving the app for:

• Child Safety Concerns / CSAM Reporting
• Report Profile / Member Safety Concerns
• Inappropriate or Offensive Profile Content
• Harassment, Threats, or Misbehavior
• Fake, Fraudulent, or Impersonated Profiles

All reports submitted through the in-app feedback mechanism are triaged with highest priority by our moderation team.

4. Moderation & Enforcement Procedures

• Immediate Moderation: Any profile flagged for CSAE/CSAM concerns is immediately hidden and placed under urgent manual audit.
• Account Suspension: Accounts confirmed to be in violation are permanently terminated without refund.
• Law Enforcement Cooperation: We fully cooperate with national and international law enforcement agencies by preserving evidence and reporting violations.
